| 1395 | Urgent: No gas supply at E-8, Lajpat Nagar Part 1 since yesterday evening. Complaint (BP 4000332679 | SR 9915565280) wrongly marked resolved without restoration. Neighbor has illegally covered the IGL pipeline/regulator, allegedly cutting supply—serious safety risk. Request immediate action by Indraprastha Gas Limited: reopen complaint, senior inspection, remove obstruction/shift pipeline, and restore gas urgently. We, the residents of E-8, Lajpat Nagar Part 1, New Delhi – 110024, had registered a complaint regarding non-supply of gas since yesterday afternoon. An IGL technician visited the site; however, the adjacent neighbour has constructed an illegal shelter over the IGL gas pipeline and regulator and did not permit the technician to properly inspect the installation. Subsequently, I received a message from Indraprastha Gas Limited stating that the issue has been resolved. However, the gas supply has still not been restored. We kindly request that a senior officer be deputed to visit the site and handle this matter appropriately, as the obstruction is illegal and necessary action should be taken by IGL to resolve the issue at the earliest.
